Do you have any tips for people who really want to work out (to burn fat preferably) but do not have a lot of time?

There is always time for a workout! Even if that means waking up just 20 minutes earlier. Fit into your schedule in the same way brushing your teeth is a part of your schedule.
To make the best out of the time you have, do short exercises with high intensity. As in run for a short amount of time but at a high incline/high speed. It’ll give you the same results as a longer run at a lower intensity. This kind of training is great for fat loss!
